This notice explains the website’s intended data handling. Live submissions remain disabled until the founders approve the final operator, jurisdiction, contact, and rights details.

When the form says “Submissions opening soon,” nothing is sent to Synergyfy. Information typed into a disabled form remains in the current tab and is cleared when the page is closed or reloaded.

The free tools

The campaign link builder, QR generator, and QR design studio work in your browser. Their link, QR, and artwork inputs are not transmitted to Synergyfy.

Live intake when enabled

The inquiry and project-brief forms will collect the contact and business information shown in each form for founder review. Cloudflare will process and privately store the submission. Resend will send the founders a limited notification containing a record reference and bounded context.

Retention

Unconverted intake records and their related notification data will be deleted after 180 days. An accepted engagement requires a separately agreed client-record policy.

Security and scope

Submissions use server-side validation, abuse controls, and private storage. The website does not provide a public submission lookup. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or confidential documents in a form.

Required before live submissions

Synergyfy’s publication-ready legal/operator name, jurisdiction, privacy contact, applicable rights process, and final processor details must be confirmed here before forms are enabled.
